Did you find yourself not blushing over your purchase?

Simply return your unwanted items back to us within 14 days of your purchase date. Please make sure your item(s) meet our criteria below. There are no exceptions allowed.

Return Policy:

• We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for an exchange.
• Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, no pet hair with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 
• Any returns sent after this period will be denied. 
• Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

Do we offer return labels?

We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.

• All footwear
• All jewelry
• All sale items

 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for another size or product of equal or lesser value, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect, and approve your item, we will send out your desired product / size. If you have any questions shoot us an email at info@theblushingivy.com and we will be happy to help!

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our sold products; exchanges only.
